Leo (the owner) was very courteous and on time. He gave me a very reasonable price and timeline as to how the project would proceed. The job was completed in (2) days as projected. No up charges No surprises. After the work was completed, everything was cleaned up. I am a very happy customer. Will always recommend them.
Our 23 year old roof was nearing the end of its lifespan, and we decided to look into replacing it before any expensive problems arose. We hired Mateos as our public adjustor and roofer for a hail event and the pictures they submitted to State Farm were too blurry for them to accept. Then, they quit citing that they realized they had spent too much time on the claim without making progress. Further, although they quit, I can't get a response that they release me from the agreement they quit on, nor a quote for cash replacement of the roof.
Over the past 25 years, I've worked with three (3) Lake Co roofing companies. All are out of business or only working on flat roofs now. I needed some minor repairs done on our office hip roof and thankfully found Mateos Roofing.
