Even though you guys sold all your places. I just wanted to leave one last review bc you guys were probably the last good rental company to exist. I appreciate you guys giving me a chance. Especially as a felon. Not only did you guys give me a chance but giving me the chance to set up my own rental history opened so many doors for me being able to finally move somewhere nice. I can honestly say this is the best apartment rental experience I've ever had. Management treats tenants like family. They are kind and responsive, no matter what the issue is. If you're looking for a simple/affordable place to live with the amenities that really count, look no further.
Family-ran apartment company--met the owner a few times now, as well as maintenance and the manager--it's always been a pleasure. Maintenance is highly responsive with service requests, management gets back quickly to you, and the apartment itself is in good condition. I cannot stress enough what a relief it is to have great management in place! The rain garden they've put out front looks really nice--in addition to the new sign out front that lists the apartment.
