Do not call these people. They only care about collecting the service fee. Our technician, Tony, asked repeatedly for the service fee without elaborating verbally on what the issue even was. He left us with the power off to our thermostat and zero air blowing. Upon calling the emergency line, the customer service person, Alex, offered zero customer service or accountability for leaving us with no power to our AC/Thermostat. This is a company with zero integrity.
