I've had one issue after another since the install. The sale process was great... Everything after that has been very disappointing. Including damage to my chimney, and basement wall. Faulty remote that had my fireplace turning on and off on it's own, and the only way to stop it was turning the gas off in the basement. And now one year later (I only had it installed 2 1/2yrs ago) the remote doesn't work again. The installation team arrived when scheduled and began work. The team was efficient, knowledgeable, polite, and left our home clean. A huge shout out to John McArdle for his incredible knowledge in helping us decide what wood stove insert was the best option for us. The installation team was here exactly the time of our appointment and cleaned up once done.
