The sales rep at the Clifton Park store was exceptionally serving and responsive to all my questions and concerns on the system I purchased from him. Even after I received my heater, he was very helpfull with my self install.
We purchased our gas fireplace insert from Matchless Stove and Chimney about 3 years ago. We have had it cleaned twice now. Our second cleaning didn’t seem to look as good as the first and we were experiencing some delay in ignition. We called Matchless and they sent Jesse, a service tech out within 2 days. Tried to coordinate installation of a fireplace in my home with someone who works here named David Conboy. The person was extremely rude unhelpful. He first made a mistake taking my deposit, I noticed and immediately called to make sure that they charged me properly. On the day of installation there was a slight issue with the hearth I had purchased separately from a stone company. I spoke to him and simply tried to figure out a way to resolve the issue. I worked with John, who is very personable and helpful. The service team came out and, without my asking, made some improvements on the old (previous propane) piping system for no extra charge. I am completely happy with my new stove and have already gotten help in troubleshooting something that was a mistake on my end. I plan to maintain business with them and look forward to easy winters.
