We love our new gas insert. We had a great experience with all parts of the process!
We recently decided to add a gas fireplace to our home. The people at Matchless were extremely helpful as we decided what mantle to choose and what insert was the right fit for our home. It was installed on a very cold day. They took extra steps to make sure snow wasn’t tracked in. Such a great company to work with.
John was very helpful in guiding us through the process of selecting the fireplace insert that best suited our space needs. The installation crew arrived on time and worked continuously in a timely manner to complete the installation and cleanup.
What an incredible transformation from a tired 1990’s brick fireplace to a stunning and functional design statement that brings warmth and a beautiful ambiance to my family room and home. The sales rep at the Clifton Park store was exceptionally serving and responsive to all my questions and concerns on the system I purchased from him. Even after I received my heater, he was very helpfull with my self install.
