Great experience from start to finish!
I had a great experience with Matchless Stove. John, the sales rep, thoroughly explained every step of the process and was able to articulate our options. He was readily available and answered my questions as they came up. We were looking to switch out a pellet stove for a gas one. The install went well - and they took pride in their work. I had my fireplace converted to a gas insert 2 years ago. Matchless did the work. They were punctual, quick and neat and very friendly. My insert has been working wonderfully. Recently, my fireplace would not start. My original salesperson (John M.) quickly responded to my emails and helped me troubleshoot. I am once again enjoying the heat from my fireplace. Thank you!
