Slow. Poor communication. Average workmanship. Dropped off my car after hitting a deer and destroying the hood and windshield. They gave an estimate of 2 weeks, but it ended up taking 25 days. The shop reported to my insurance company that the repair was done 10 days before the repair was actually completed. Whenever I called them for an update, they told me the car would be done in 1-2 days, and I would have to call them back again to get a new time estimate... which again was 1-2 days. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I stopped in here to get in estimate for a small scratch. Joe insisted that he could try to buff it out before having to replace the entire back panel. He ended up buffing the scratch out for free. He also provided free advice for my rotting molding around the car and offered to give me an estimate for that. I didn’t end up getting service there because of timing conflict but I wish I could. Will definitely be using this place in the future!
Elliot the manager and all of the staff are absolutely outstanding. They communicate with you consistently and are extremely nice. All of the work done was elite. They detailed the vehicle perfectly as well. They had a lot of work to do on my vehicle and the result exceeded my expectations. Myself and my family will only be using this location for any and all car services moving forward. Great people with immaculate work.
I didn't receive service at this location but they were very kind and let me sit while I waited for an Uber during an accident. Very kind staff and overall really pleasant experience in the midst of a not so great situation. Thank you to the staff!
