I love this place, great food and great service. Every time I come out to Palm Springs I stop by. Unfortunately we went this weekend and the service was horrible. The waitress was rude and offensive. I spoke to the manager and he was very apologetic. Kaiser Grill really let me down this time.

Amazing food, incomparable service, all in the middle of a beautifully designed and confortable space.
Had a family meal here and sat outside, everyone really enjoyed the meal and the atmosphere
