I received an unsolicited email from Steven Walczak regarding an estimate of what my home could rent for. This in itself was fine; not necessarily welcomed but I get the need to professionally solicit for business. What I resent is being told I “can opt out anytime by replying "stop."” I feel automatically adding someone to a mailing list without their permission is a very poor business practice. Yes, I can easily opt out but your solicitation should not require me to do so. Respect my time and privacy. Thank you.

this is a shady company that uses AI to write endless spam emails. any company with such low morals should be avoided at all costs

So sick and tired of these "agents" who solicit your property. Throw cash a people with a low balled account, then flip the house. They acquire your personal data and information but nowhere do they offer to delete it. Unwanted solicitation falls under the Federal "Do not call" registration

Started advertising to my phone. No idea how they got my number. Very inappropriate. Then they were very pushy asking that I follow their Instagram. Just sales guys, seems as if they sacrifice quality and being helpful for money. Getting fed up with these companies now days. Unfortunately this is the first business to get my hammer.
