Arnold and Shahked we're amazing to work with in the finding and purchasing of our first home! Due to my work I was temporarily out of state for the entire selection and purchasing process and yet they were very accommodating and attentive in their communication given my unique work schedule and location. My wife who worked with them directly while I was away has nothing, but praise for Arnold and Shahked. We would highly recommend them to other prospective home buyers!
As first time home buyers and completely new to Arizona, Arnold was the best! He walked us through the process and answered all of our questions. We had some work trips planned and he was able to work around our very odd schedules. His method of rulling out houses and selecting your top options was so helpful we ended up finding THE house in a very short time.
If you are looking for a realtor, I highly recommend Arnold Bedak. He listed our property for sale and assisted us in purchasing a new home. He is very knowledgeable about the process of both buying and selling. He kept us up to date on every aspect of both transactions. Arnold always returned our calls promptly.
The team was great and helped along in the process. Came to the closing to sign the docs which meant a lot to me. Not all agents do that. Stayed in contact to check in and how things were going. Referred a really good Handyman (SleepyDog handyman) who I've already used for projects and fix items on the inspection report.
Arnold and his team did a spectacular job in helping find my parents their forever home. From communication to timeliness, everything was perfect. Highly recommend Arnold and his team!!
