they are slum lords.. they tried to evict me even after i paid the rent . they do things illegally if they keep this us they will have a class action law suite on their hands.
My husband and I looked at two properties managed by this company. One had holes in he floor, three different types of linoleum in one room, missing baseboards, and we didn’t even make it past the kitchen. The second one was obviously a trap house. Trash everywhere outside. Dog crap on the floors in the house. Roaches everywhere. We have asked them to come fix this house several times and they had the landlords friend up stairs do a half ass job not gonna happen im gonna say this once slum lords
