My husband and I visited this restaurant spontaneously. The salsas were excellent. The fish tacos and California burritos were excellent. The environment was very nice and staff were amazing. The owner came out and greeted us talked with us. Very nice and well spoken. We will definitely go back.
Tonight was my families first time eating at Matalan and we loved it. My husband is in the hospitality industry and won’t go anywhere where a sanitation rating under 95. They have 99.5. My husband and I shared the Fajitas Texan for 2 (it’s the one with chicken, beef and shrimp) and got our toddler a cheese quesadilla. Our meals came up hot, delicious and were a great portion. They also had well priced daily drink specials for folks who want a beer. We will definitely be back and are glad we stopped in.
