Delicious desserts, not so good matcha.
I had a terrible experience here. The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. The staff acted like they didn’t care about customers at all and were unwilling to help. To make matters worse, the food tasted old and stale, as if it had been sitting around for a long time. It was not fresh, and the quality was very disappointing. I expected much better. Between the poor service and the old food, I will not be coming back and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Updating - the Review to 5 stars, the Matari Latte and tea are amazing.
Very clean on the inside and the coffees are delicious. We also had a cake pop and tres leches that very good.
