I've been here for almost 2yrs now and personally haven't had any problems really. There is a new property manager and she's been updating the complex since took over. Raising rent prices would be only big thing I dislike for the moment.
Horrible place to live sure rent is cheap but try to get anything fixed is a nightmare.Steve the landlord will evict you with no reason or notice. He also opened my front door without permission to enter. Stay far away from here...there are much better places!
