Own a Cali model along the walking trail in Sabal lakes putting on a 16k addition, along with over 10k in upgrades totalling over 25k in additions and improvements. An insulting appraisal came back between 234-235k when a Cali on the same side of the street is being sold for a solid 232k with absolutely no improvements. Would you hire someone like that. I would never recommend them to anyone.
