Matanky Realty Group is an absolute disgrace to all Realty Groups nationwide. Acquired Stratford Square Mall in Bloomingdale Illinois and ran it into disarray and disrepair. Do not trust this management company with any property. They obviously are extremely incompetent and do not care about any of the properties they have in their portfolio. David Cardova was amazing to work with and very helpful. Was available every time I called or emailed and was very prompt and accurate with all of his services.
Terrible company to work for, they are extremely cheap when it come to repairs(if the repairs even get fixed), and they don't value they're employees. David Flores is the worst boss I've ever had in my life, and I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with him on a daily basis.
