I was a victim of their limited partnerships in the 80’s and 90’s and other poor advise from a realtor regarding my property. They once lost a limited partnership for not paying their property taxes on time to Boulevard Bank
Matanky Realty Group is an absolute disgrace to all Realty Groups nationwide. Acquired Stratford Square Mall in Bloomingdale Illinois and ran it into disarray and disrepair. Do not trust this management company with any property. They obviously are extremely incompetent and do not care about any of the properties they have in their portfolio.
