Lived here 6 months was told the lobby area would be fixed soon, barely any progress was made and it’s now been 7 month. Constantly felt congested from the work in the building and the dust. Elevators broken often as well. Outside is very loud if you live on first floor, homeless people constantly throwing garbage onto your patio. Bikes stolen often. Also, be careful if you are planning to rent a condo from an individual. You will be responsible for every little thing that happens to the cheap flooring, appliances, fixtures.... read more
