One of the best places to purchase your new vehicle. They roll out the red carpet for all of their customers and make the purchase process so very easy. The recent change in ownership and management have made a huge difference and they do business the correct and right way.

As you can see by my personal reviews I've done a great job for my customers! With that being said, don't EVER purchase a vehicle from Matador Motors. They treat their employees horribly and good luck getting your trade in paid off in a timely manner. They don't even pay their vendors in a timely manner. I personally had customers whose vehicles almost got repo'd because Matador Motors neglected to pay the vehicle off in time. Never purchased a vehicle here. And never would. They stole information related to my company and are using that info to print fraudulent buyer's tags to put on their employees vehicles who have a suspended driver's license and active warrants out for their arrests. Even though I've had to pay $500 in Toll Feed and a $100 traffic ticket for running a red light in Plano, the dealership has REFUSED to call me back and talk to me. They will have you put a down payment and then let u take the car and a few weeks later try and say the deal never went through and keep your down payment and car

Very discusted with the way they present themseves. I could hear everything the salesman and the manager were talking about, when he called him jicky ricky and knew it was time to leave. If I was able to I would not even give them 1 star.
