My 12 year old went in for a cut and it looked incomplete, but he was afraid to speak up. He came home unhappy so my husband took him back about 7:45pm and requested the fade be cleaned up. Although they don't close until 8pm, my son was turned away and told the barbers were done for the day. He came home crying. They totally could have fixed him in 5 min. Never taking him back there again.
