I have been taking my kids here for a while because its close to home and school which makes getting haircuts for my kids convenient. We have been scheduling with Anna for quite some time because she has been one of the few stylists/barbers that can seem to get a good fade on my kids thin hair. I’ve been to this location 3 times to include an appointment for this afternoon. Of those 3 times, twice they have contacted me less than an hour before my appointment to inform me the barber I’ve booked is not available. I understand things happen but 66% of the time is ridiculous and with 60 minutes notice. Again now my appointment for this afternoon has been rescheduled for a 2nd time. This will probably be my last time using their services. Talk about unreliable.
Great atmosphere, good music, clean and smelled really nice.Brenda was very good, professional also. She will be my beard maintenance barber from now on.
I booked Jennifer last Friday the 7th and I have no complaints. I booked last minute and was still well taken care of, I’ve seen complaints about it being pricy but in this rare case you are definitely paying for what you get and is well worth the price. I will be returning.
I took my son to The Matador on Culebra and, unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. Our stylist, Jennifer, didn’t seem very attentive. The neck trim was noticeably uneven, and the overall cut was just okay — not terrible, but definitely not worth the price. What bothered me most is that he walked out with hair still on his face and down his neck.
