I wanted to write a review to express my gratitude for my nurse Charlotte who helped me throughout my entire delivery. I was so nervous when I came into the hospital (especially waiting in triage for hours) but I felt like it was worth the wait because having her as my nurse made my whole experience a lot better. I gave birth of my baby here. It took forever to get to the room, nurses seemed so busy to get the room ready. Finally I had the room ready but I was already dilated 8cm. You cannot get epidural until you are in your room!!! During the labour, I had to go through emergency C-section, but after the surgery, they put me to a shared room rather than my originally individual room! I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the incredible team at the Family Birthing Unit at Surrey Memorial Hospital. Mata Tripta Birthing Unit has been incredible for our family. My wife has given birth to all three of our children here—a set of twins and our toddler. The staff are amazing and truly go above and beyond. Even during times when they’re understaffed, they remain very supportive and helpful, taking the time to guide new parents through everything—from teaching how to change diapers to feeding and so much more. We’re very grateful for the care and compassion shown to both mother and father. Highly recommend this birthing unit

Attention ladies if you are planing for c section this is the place but if you prefer normal delivery then be careful. This place and doctors are full of scam. I was 6cm dialated when i went there. They kept me hungry for 2 days so that they can create complication in my delivery. My baby position was perfect no breech no complications. Baby was healthy but doctors ignored me for 24 hours. I got admitted at 3.30 pm. By 7pm i was 8cm dialted one of the doctor named harjee promised me to come break my water at 10 pm but guess ... read more
