We had very traumatic experience, that will stick with our life forever. Nurses are super rude and zero empathy and they consider us sheeps as they see this every day, but little politeness will not harm. Few were understanding just for a the record. We have been asked to leave the bed for other patients, we did regular delivery but there were complications and my wife cannot even stand. After waiting for few hours as I came in 3.5cm, I understood the need to walk around the hospital to reach at least 5.5cm and also there's no room available yet at that time. The nurses and doctors were all kind. Kudos to Dr. Trigo, Dr. Jackson and Dr. Calderon! And to the two nurses who were there for me the whole time of delivery! God bless you all!

Thanks to whole staff there on May 2. Whole staff was nice and helped me in every possible way. Nurse Emma was supper helpful and calm. She was there while I was in labour and motivated me a lot. Only thing I found hard is when I was trying to sleep after delivery nurses were coming for blood work for me or my baby. There is no time for rest after long labour pains. Otherwise everything was good.

0 star for family birth unit , I have a horrible experience with them. I recommend every one please don’t go if you want to save you and your baby .
