I am satisfied with all the services I received and really appreciate not having to drive to Anchorage.
They take care of me
I like my hearing doctor at the clinic. But, I went in to see if I could talk with him for 2-5 minutes about my hearing aid supplies that I just received in the mail. The lady at the check in counter said I couldn't see him unless I have an appointment. I wanted to know what this is and do I need it? Why do I need an appointment for him to just answer one question?
Great service and caring practitioners
I'm one of those people who would probably rather die than see a doctor. I'm new to the VA Clinic even though I'm a 20+ year veteran -- I never stepped inside one before. I feel fortunate to have this team see me today, and I'm probably the worse kind of patient to have because I don't wish to do all the screening tests that are needed. I know I need to see health care providers after decades of not seeing anyone and having arthritis issues, but I've no health insurance at this point in my life.
