My experience with this repair shop has been horrible. After having my Bernina for almost 4 months it was picked up in worse shape than when I took it on the first part of Oct. I have since found out he can't order Bernina parts what did he charge me for? Did he replace it or replace it with what. Rude customer service, excuses. Aug 7, 2023 - My Pfaff 2170 was taken in to have the bobbin basket replaced. Machine & embroidery was working perfectly other than needing a new bobbin basket. I called weekly, one excuse after another. Finally, in November he told me he couldn't get the machine working again after replacing the basket, but he would work on it. I called & called then the end of January 2024, the machine was still NOT working. Picked up the machine, after 6 months, he could not fix what he destroyed. Some aspects of my recent experience were good, many were not, some were downright awful. In the end, we asked for the machine back to do the repairs ourselves and would not return to this shop nor recommend anyone we know to do so, so that is the reason for the rating. CAVEAT: this all took place from the end of June to mid August 2020, so during some of the covid craziness.
