Dr. Schuen was very rude and unprofessional.
I tried to contact them at 3:15 on a Thursday afternoon. I was forwarded a voicemail that said they were only available from 7 to 5 PM and it was outside of business hours and sent me to an emergency line to an extremely pleasant and professional woman who is very confused why I was even talking to her. I have never received Services and was looking for an appointment so that my family could receive services. And the lady was very confused as I was.
I had low expectations before calling. But the service was sooo bad. It took three transfers before I was asked my name or request for services. No one new key words to assist me. Like case manager, senior care, chronic disability... Need for services. I thought the staff were more equipped to work at McDonald's. I applaud McDonald's workers. This is State and Federal $$$$ funded agency. So I vow to make heads start to roll.
The actual visit was good but very expensive. I got a nexplanon implant billed as surgery for thousands of dollars after insurance where at planned parenthood I only paid $40. Should have just done it myself.
My counselor is so helpful and informative. I enjoy our visits
