My name is Gregory Kimball. I have had 9 providers in the past 3 years. Seven have left the state and I have filed complaints with the Medical Licensing Board concerning the other two. Referred here by the VA, mental health treatment. First psychiatrist took no time to hear me out and listen to what my symptoms are/were. My first appointment they ordered labs, I told them I'm not doing labs if the VA isn't going to cover it. They told me the VA would and sent me a $400 bill that the VA has no idea about , somehow lost the electronic photocopy of my VA medical card, and apparently they don't know how to read a calendar. Have had nothing but bad experiences with Mat-Su Health Services. From admin staff to medical providers, they are unprofessional, and will let you fall through the cracks. This has been the case for both health care and mental health services. I highly advice you to seek services elsewhere, as you will not get quality service here.
