I don’t usually write reviews, but I want to give a big thank you to the dental staff at Mat-Su Health. Over the past 18 months, they’ve taken great care of me with patience, skill, and kindness. Special thanks to Dr Kim Conley for making each visit so comfortable and reassuring. I’m really grateful for the excellent care I’ve received!
The staff is nice. I made an appointment with no problem. Since my appointment I had a couple questions for the NP that saw me, Deborah. I called NUMEROUS times with no result. They do not call their patients back.No matter how many times you call and tell the receptionist that they don't call back, they just send you right back to the same voicemail. That is enough to make me want to go to another facility.
I always covered my mouth when eating and laughing. I love my smile. Thank you. I am truly blessed
The therapist was a joke. Constantly reminded me that my issues were nothing compared to others. Always looking at the clock. Talking about herself frequently. The final visit (thank God) she asked if I was done feeling sorry for myself. Unbelievable! She did not recall what we talked about week to week. I would expect a therapist to keep notes and review those notes to check if a client was feeling better about a concern/issue.
