Went to the shop yesterday morning got there at 9:30am , When I arrived, I was extremely respectful and greeted everyone with a good morning and a smile. No one acknowledged me except for the braider that said she would do my hair once I sat down. I explained that I called an hour prior and asked get small Boho knotless, braids, butt length. I went to this salon a few days ago. This was my third time coming to the salon. I had a good experience the first time, but unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. Two people were braiding my hair at the same time, which made it difficult to keep my head straight yet the lady working on the back kept complaining for me to do so, even though it was physically impossible. The ladies who did my hair were nice but very unsanitary. They used a comb on my hair and then another girl hair. When I realized I told her no and she said sorry. The bathroom is broke and things happen right? But they are unsanitary with distribution of products and hair tools. Nothing is wiped down between customers.
