Very unprofessional. They charged more by mistake but refused to refund the extra. Please check your bank account before you leave the salon.
I do not recommend this place. The braiders are rude, and they accidentally charged more than they were supposed to. After I realized that, I went back and asked for the extra charged, they told me that they cannot give it back but I can come back to do my hair and they charge me less. NONSENSE
They charged $50 extra for human hair curls for boho braids but used fake curls. They are scammers.
Worker put her hands on my cousin and accused her of not paying when she sent them the money. Braids was not even good and they didn’t do it correctly.
I been going there for 2 years now and today I scheduled a appointment it taking them 1 hour and 25 minutes to find a person to do my hair like what yall need to get checked seriously!
