Worker put her hands on my cousin and accused her of not paying when she sent them the money. Braids was not even good and they didn’t do it correctly.
I been going there for 2 years now and today I scheduled a appointment it taking them 1 hour and 25 minutes to find a person to do my hair like what yall need to get checked seriously!

Worst braiding experience ever. My coworker recommended this salon to me so I decided to try it. Big mistake! I saw a mouse walking around three times. I asked to speak to the manager and was told they weren’t there. All the women in the shop acted like it was a normal occurrence. They just kept saying “sorry”. I will never step foot in that place again.
Braids started falling out the next day. Very uneven parts. Waited 20 mins for someone to start my hair because no one wanted to start the style
