Dr. Li always takes the time to answer questions and was very thorough in exam and Questioning
I really like seeing Dr. Li because she actually answers my questions. She gives detailed answers and always takes my concerns/questions seriously. I’ve delivered two kids with Duly and Dr. Li delivered my second and it was a very smooth experience. Would highly recommend.
I really like the doctor but today was pretty bad. My appt was at 1:45. They had me undress and sit in a gown alone in a room until 2:45. No update, no apology. I finally went to the desk and asked what was going on. The front desk girl was very rude to me and basically told me that Dr is busy and will get to me when she can. She said I was next in line.
