I am very disappointed in how my mother was treated during her recent visit. She went in for an oil change on her lease that is up in September 2025 and had the 'fear' put into her that if she did not exchange her lease at this time, she would be subject to large tariffs. However what my mom was not told is that you can not charge a tariff on a vehicle already on the lot! Secondly, my mother was not allowed to test drive the car on the road only in the lot. This was my first time dealing with Mastrovito. I had a service appointment and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by the most pleasant women, Krystal and Braelyn. They were super helpful. When I dropped my car off the night before, I was concerned it might not be finished by the end of the next day. Love the dealership and service department is the tops
Awful, awful, AWFUL people. Will take every penny you have. I got a Legacy from them, nothing but issues since day 1. Blown head gasket. In the matter of 2 years I’ve had the head gasket, sub frame, tie rods, brake and rotors fixed then a new serpentine belt. Serpentine belt was “replaced” last February and I’m being told my belt is so rotted and worn that there’s no way mastrovito changed it. SCAMMERS! I call, call, call and they never call me back.
