RecommendedBest service and dentist I have even been to in my life
In the beginning, Dr. Mastros was great until she covered for an employee who committed an insurance mistake and would not take ownership for it. Dr. Mastros refused to speak with my family about the incident and could have been more accommodating to long-term family patients but instead allowed the front office secretary to mis-manage my account, lie, and treat my wife and child with disrespect. I would not recommend her practice and unlike Dr. Mastros, I am available to speak to and expound on these accusations.
Such a Super group of people! Dr. Mastros does a fabulous job, and the staff surrounding her are equally fantastic! I honestly dreaded sitting in a dentist chair before meeting these folks. But they all have a way of making you feel at ease from the moment you meet the gal at the front desk!
