The food was excellent, rich in flavour and beautifully prepared. Sadly, the service did not match the quality of the kitchen. I had barely started eating when a waiter came over asking if I was finished and began to take my plate, even though my bread and side dish were untouched. I had to stop him from removing it. This was my first time here with my best friend for her birthday. The food was superb! The birthday cakes were decorated so beautifully and the staff totally went above and beyond our expectations. A huge shout out to the bartender, Johnny, who made our experience the most memorable for my best friend's birthday. I’ve been to a lot of Mastros in my life and this is by far the worst one. Completely rude and arrogant. They act as if they’re doing the customer of a favor. On top of that I ordered a steak medium rare and got it well done. I can think of so many better places that have such a better value and actually appreciate your business. The times of paying for overpriced restaurants that don’t live up to quality and service is over. Don’t go here!!!!
