Amazing service! Decided last minute to go here while i was visiting San Francisco for world cup and this place did not disappoint at all. Lige music, food, service- everything was over the top. Big thanks to our servers Sergio and Dante. Highly recommend this place.
I’m from Denver and have always had great experiences at Mastro’s locations, including Chicago and the Ocean Club in Los Angeles. This visit in San Francisco was no exception. Food was pretty good! My waitress decided to order me 2crabcakes instead of asking if I wanted 2. The one female bartender began to intentionally distract the other from working which lead to them both ignoring me. A male waiter came over to assist with payment. He noticed the behaviors. The two female bartenders were very rude and behaved as if they were in highschool not at work. I don't know what's up with people. Just be a person and do your job. Stop trying to get attention from guest.
Great ambience and setting. Our server was very friendly and warm. Food was executed to perfection. Good drink list. Live music performance was out of this world. Great night out.
Just to put this in my perspective. I am a food and beverage manager for a private golf club. We came in to celebrate our anniversary weekend and my 11 months of sobriety. We were dressed to the 9’s. We waited patiently for a table and for a server to greet us. When our server arrived we ordered a bottle of water and declined the wine list.
