Sadly the worst experience ever at Mastros. Told the manager about it and gave him my card and he said someone would contact me. NAda. I've eaten there over 100x in my life and that will probably be the last. My kids 18th birthday and waiter disappeared for 35 minutes. Place was empty. Oh well. Obvious they don't care about a loyal patron. Sad.
Had the most amazing time again last night. It was our first time to this particular Mastros instead of City Hall. Our waiter, Kenny, was amazing. He built the most incredible Seafood tower we've ever enjoyed. Then to top it off, we had to enjoy the warm butter cake. Thanks Kenny!! We'll be back soon.
Came from California to see family and wanted to celebrate my hubby's birthday, and we were not disappointed.. the meal was fantastic.... my husband rib eye bone in was delish, and the lobster bisque was superb...and the service was top notch...
Atmosphere, service, food made for a wonderful evening with great friends!
