RecommendedGood food, friendly staff from the valet, wait staff and everyone in between. Service can be a little slow, but I think it is part of the Mastro’s dining experience. Only negative is the restrooms. They need to be serviced consistently.
RecommendedI am not a huge beef eater but had the Wagyu beef here this evening. It was SPECTACULAR. Nearly 6 years in Chicago. First time here. Best food ever!

Water glasses were spilled, my pants were soaked. I expected an apology or at least a discount on our meal. Nothing! I also expected an acknowledgement about the incident from the manager, very disappointing experience this evening. I don’t plan to return for a while!
Not for healthy eaters, but everyone loved their meat.
