The food was excellent but the service was terrible. Our waiter kept disappearing and the tables who had the other waiter got much better service. We asked for bread from 2 different people and it didn't show up until after our appetizers. I would go back for the food but not the service 👎🏻
Great place and great customer service. I reallt enjoyed the lighting, which is low, and the live music as well. Will be going back again!
Well how about i planned on taking my guy out for Dinner @[426023177529209:Mastro's Restaurants - Steakhouse, Chicago]for Father's day but we didn't make.at any rate we were out downtown attending a day party of course after the party was over we decided to go to Ruth chris which is my favorite spot,but they stop me at the door stating i wasn't dressed properly for their Restaurant O wow i said what the hell let's stroll on down to Mastro's which was on the next corner get there and what do you know we were welcome with open... read more

Was at Mastros Chicago, was 1 if not the Best Ribeye I've ever had, cooked perfect. Service was outstanding
