Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Definitely not, I wasn't given information until long after my procedure had been finished Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past

Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
