Love Dr Karim. Best doctor around hands down. If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t be coming to this practice, the office manager Jeannie is very condescending and just doesn’t care how you feel. Expect to wait hours past your appointment time. The front office staff is beyond rude and talk about you blatantly behind your back, when they think you can’t hear them. How unprofessional! RecommendedLove DrKarim, They have changed hands and are under management by someone different. I’m very glad about this. I thought the office manager had way too much power. She was very condescending when listening to your needs . It seems the new company has changed many attitudes to the better !
Been coming to Mastropietro office since i was very young & my kids have been paitients since birth.... sometimes wait time is a pain but still great place & great Doctors and Nurses! Great front office staff
