Very friendly and there to help you get into a new vehicle.
I have one criticism only. When a business offers a coupon or a discount they should follow up with a customer to see at the time service is rendered if they have one to redeem. I have mentioned this on a previous occasion. I actually remembered this time to redeem a coupon. I didn't realize till after I left it was not deducted from my bill. I had a very good experience buying a new Kia at Mastria. No heavy sales pitch. Everyone was very friendly.
I had an initial great experience with Gordon who did not make me feel pressured and actually encouraged me to make sure I’m comfortable with the purchase. The upset was when I decided the next day to cancel the process because I realized I truly was not ready yet. John was not helpful with the cancellation process by not accepting my response multiple times.
They took us for our appointment right away. And they called shortly afterwards, to say the vehicle was ready. Even better than that, we bought it brand new, and they gave us a free service call with an oil change.
