I’m not sure when the dealership industry will have honest people, just hasn’t happened yet, long story short bought 2019 Sedona off the lot and only had oil serviced at valvoline (30+ year customer of theirs) about 4-6 weeks ago started to notice oil needed to be added, then found leak on ground and it was the plastic oil filter housing (they have tons of these in stock per parts person) I already knew this was an engine known for this particular engine as the housing is plastic and last about 60-80,000 miles before it warp... read more
Nathan and John (Sales manager) made my experience seem less and pressure free! They were informative, very helpful, very professional and very accommodating down to the last little detail. While I waiting in the showroom to sign my paperwork I was able to speak with two other associates (did not get their names) who were just as approachable, friendly and informative. I’m happy and confident in my new Kia and would recommend this team to everyone! Thank you to the team at Mastria Kia!
Service was prompt and car was delivered as promised, at a total cost somewhat lower than the estimate.
I had service done on my KIA Sorento. Everyone in the service department were very nice and very professional. I also spoke to a salesman named Gordon. Because my car is getting older and the mileage is getting up there. Gordon was a very nice gentleman. Very professional and answered all my questions. I know in a year or two I will definitely be going back to Mastria KIA for another car and will be asking for Gordon.
