Absolutely loved my experience at Mastria Kia, a fantastic family-owned dealership! I came in from out of town to buy a new-to-me SUV and was treated with total respect from start to finish. Sales Manager Tony was great, but I have to give a special shoutout to Nathan—his professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail were top-tier. I asked for the sale, detailing, registration, and a full tank of gas to all be done in one day—and Nathan delivered. He 100% deserves to be the next Salesman of the Year!
Staff are friendly and professional. They’re very good at updating us and keeping us in the loop with the whole process. They get things done as soon as possible. Excellent service.
