WOW... seems like someone is out to get the bald headed with green eyes guy. Well I used their services for several partys and have never had a problem. I recently used them for a graduation party for my son and they were so respectful of the occasion and his accomplishment. All I have to say is try for yourself. Very very very good sevice on time and reliable. Theres a reason this is the biggest party rental business in SA.
Manager is the rudest man on earth, how can he still be in business. He is bald man, who runs it but doesnt show up on time and yells at you. If he is very late , he will threaten you with, the attitude of you: You need me so do you want it or not. By then of course you need the bouncer and chairs as well as the tables. He takes advantate of the fact that you cant go to someone else at that minute.. He wont give you a discount and will scream at you like he is crazy. I used this Mastiff party rental for my party. I rented the cotton candy machine. This was a great idea. I had no trouble with the machine but I did wish they would have provided more paper cones for the cotton candy. They delivered and picked up.

Rented a bounce house last year, tables and chairs with no problems. This year all we rented was 12 chairs and we were charged for them 3 times within three weeks. Still have not seen a credit for this even after many trips there and phone calls. Not sure what is going on there? I would use cash if you go or you might end up being charged like we have been. Very disapointing!

We rented from Mastiff for my daughters birthday party. We received a phone call on Friday that said the bouncer would be delivered between 8-9:30 on Saturday morning. The party was at 10:00. We called at 9:50 wondering where the bouncer was. We were told it would be there in a few minutes. At 10:25, still no bouncer and a very rude manager on the phone. I have never experienced such rude customer service and I have never had a more frustrating party because of them. They finally showed up at 10:35. They did not reduce their... read more
