Roof done in Sept 2023, receipt finally issued July 28, 2024. Update. Threatens my family. Update. Still no receipt. Went on the roof today and it looks terrible. Going to need a reputable company to fix this disaster. Lack of communication should have been my first clue. Didn’t show up on the day booked. Didn’t reach out until I did. Had roof done in March 2023. Was good to deal with and actually showed up (somehow a plus in today’s contractor market), our roof had some decking issues and he did good work to deal with and seal it up, and even gave us a 10 year warranty. One of my concerns was shingles blowing off, as we get crazy winds on my property, he assured me newer shingles can withstand higher winds and if they did blow off he would be there to fix them, awesome.
