I sent a request for a ASL interpreter on 2/9/25 . I received no phone call or email to speak with anyone. Today is 2/15/25 and I called them early this morning. I was told to call back after 9am to speak with someone in the ASL department. I called back and the same lady from this morning answered and acted like she wasn’t the person that answered my phone call this morning.
