I sent a request for a ASL interpreter on 2/9/25 . I received no phone call or email to speak with anyone. Today is 2/15/25 and I called them early this morning. I was told to call back after 9am to speak with someone in the ASL department. I called back and the same lady from this morning answered and acted like she wasn’t the person that answered my phone call this morning. We used this service to help translate and explain some legal documents from English to Swahili for some clients and our interpreter, James Otaru, was fantastic.
