I am very happy with the service I received with the plumbing service. They were very patient, neat, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them A1 to anyone who’s in need of any plumbing service that not wanting to have to hire an after man(Lol) to repair what the first hire patchwork. No patchwork here only results and satisfaction.

Very nice guy. Knew how to look up the age of the water heater and kept me from doing maintenance when it's too late to do it! After 8 years of just letting it go you can cause a fault by flushing it! I didn't know this and could have caused myself an issue trying to maintain it now. Gave me a decent quote on another plumbing job while he was here also. Highly recommend!

Previously we had a good experience. This time has been poor. We only needed a cartridge in the faucet to be replaced. There was some delay not attributed to Master Tex because of a special order for the faucet cartridge. That said and unfortunately, the original plumber quit after 7 days working on the project. He was replaced and it has taken approx. 3 weeks for the new one to come close to completing the project. It has been approximately one month since the original work was requested. The project is still not complete.
