Great company with great morals and character. I spent hours trying to find the best mold removal company in the Myrtle area and landed with this one. Not only do they appear to be the most qualified but their service and attitude towards customers might be the best I’ve ever witnessed in any service industry. Absolute 10/10.
While they did a good job remediating mold in our home, they were also supposed to replace the fan in our bathroom to help ensure that the mold doesn't come back in that room. That was in May, and now it's October and we still don't have a new fan. In addition we have tried many, many times to contact the company to ask about the fan, but they don't answer the phone, call us back, or respond to emails.
Chance (Technican) was very nice & helpful. They came out the day after I called Would highly recommend this company.
Before we bought our home, we had an inspection done and found that the attic rafters had a fair amount of mold on them. I contacted MasterTech Environmental after a family emergency involving a highly distressed property with a horrible roach infestation. We needed everything to be removed from the fully-furnished condo, including wall-to-wall carpeting and plenty of heavy furniture. Austin was quick to respond to both texts and email and accommodating to our schedules and requests.
