Thought we would try them out with a light that came in on my car. They said it was a 75 dollar part and it would cost 150 total to fix and that it would take an hour to fix. Brought the car in at 10 am and didn't hear anything for 3 hours. We finally got a call saying there was something else wrong with it and they were checking it out. Once again they come through for the Hollys and their old cars. They will miss our happy faces when we get new ones!!!! Left the car for new tires and brakes while on vacation. Got the job done nicely then the car's old parts had a few go haywire in the course of replacing the hot water heater tank that broke down over vacation but Mastertech came through. After moving to the other end of Colchester (which for a town the size of Colchester is significant!) I started going elsewhere after several years of EXCELLENT service from MasterTech. Now another several years later I’m happy to have finally come to my senses and admitted that the extra travel is well worth it. Huge shout out to Mastertech today! I came in after forgetting about my appointment and only having 1 hr before a meeting. I was willing to reschedule, but they got me in and changed my tires over quickly, getting to work before the scheduled technician start time. They made my life so much easier! Thanks guys!
The guys at Master Tech were super helpful and got my car up and running and inspected in a timely and professional manner. They also saved me money by telling me I could have my problem handled by the dealer for free where as they would have had to charge me. If you are looking for professional, honest, and excellent work done on your vehicle I couldn't recommend these folks any higher.

I've been coming here about 8 years. They do excellent work. I trust them. If there are problems that might show up down the road with my vehicle they let me know. They don't push unnecessary.
I've never felt more comfortable having my vehicle serviced by any other company. Everyone is extremely professional and courteous! Also, based on my last service done, I was originally quoted for an alignment to accompany a four tire change. My vehicle was still aligned after the swap, and they didn't charge me for work they didn't do. I would recommend them over any other automotive service company!
