Scheduled a state inspection. The day of, I arrive and ask where I can enter the lot as they were doing work on the concrete. I was told I had to reschedule, after arriving already. No one called to inform me. Then when I come back and get my state inspection, I notice my window tint and windshield are both damaged. Came in for an inspection with a check engine light. They initially seemed helpful and rechecked the codes multiple times with a diagnostic scanner. They recommended an emissions cleaner, then quoted $1,300 for a catalytic converter replacement. I asked to be contacted before any price changes, but was later given a $1,700 bill without approval. Had my car in for inspection. I had a good experience. The mechanic was professional and pleasant to work with. Fair pricing also.
