My truck busted a u-joint in Sinton on my way to Corpus Christi late on a Saturday afternoon. While in the tow truck, I called ahead and told them what had happened and I was assured that they would stay and take care of it for me. I sent my car in with a mifire on #4 cylinder. They kept my car for 2 months. They basically rebuilt the top of my engine I fronted them 1600.00 dollars. I ended up paying 3700.00 dollars. When i got my car back,twenty minutes later, my engine ceased up and left me stranded on spid. The internal parts of my engine went everywhere. They paid for the tow back to to their shop. My wife and I have been bringing our cars to Andy for nearly 15 years now and wouldnt go anywhere else. Andy treats us fairly, his technicians do high quality work, his rates are very reasonable and above all he is honest. Often times when we bring our cars in for service he will tell us not to fix every little item as it can be repaired for the same price later on if it gets worse. My husband and I have been going to Mastertech for over 8 years and we wouldn't go to anyone else. Everyone has always treated us fairly and given good service. Vehicles get fixed when they say they will and no problem after they have worked on them. They will call us before they replace any part they feel should be replaced so we know before hand how much it will cost and they will show us the bad part they took out when we pick up the car.
