My experience with this company was very disappointing. From the beginning, customer service was unprofessional and disrespectful. Management failed to address concerns appropriately, and there was no sense of accountability. It is clear that corporate ethics and respect for clients are not priorities here. Instead of resolving issues, they were ignored or mishandled. I expected better, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.

There are two masterson staffing office in Plymouth, I dont know the one i called, but when i did after appying for a job online. I called to know the status of my application, I was told i need to come into the office. I mean this is 2025, why do i nned to be in your office physically to tell me the status of my job application. I now got a job via Randstad, everything was done virtually except drug testing. This is how things should be, its 2025 not 1906. You can't conduct virtual interviews, can't tell me status of a job ... read more

I worked for this horrible company as a recruiter for a few years. I was a very loyal, dedicated hard worker who sincerely cared about the success of the company. I worked anywhere from a minimum of 12 to up to 16 hours a day, up to 6 days a week.
