Absolutely unprofessional organization. Calls to main number is to person who can't help any potential new business and can only take your contact information. Owner incapable of making phone call and relies on email communication only which he fails to respond in a timely manner. Even if busy, if you send someone an email with a suggested meeting time which was responded too with agreement to suggested meeting time, then need to respond to either confirm or cancel meeting or show up to meeting.
