Right out of the gate, after the company I work for setting up IRA options through Masters Wealth, it was evident that dealing with **** could be challenging. Constant issues getting any clear and consistent info on exactly where our money was allocated and current acct balances etc. Then, apparently, without any discussion with policy holders, our funds were moved in to insurance based annuity accounts, and not kept in investment based annuity accounts as had been discussed.
