Have rented at the River House and loved the sweeping river views and nature preserve feel, with its riverside salt water pool, fresh figs and plums in season, blooming crepe myrtles. Great place to watch osprey and herons from the deck! The details around the rental itself could not have been easier, with KJ attending to everything to make the River House our temporary home. I contacted KJ looking for a place to rent in Augusta. She responded fairly quickly and was the only response I had gotten out of the numerous people I had contacted in the area looking for a rental.
I lived in this house (KJ Rentals) since late 2014…..Horrible landlord, horrible service, she is selfish, dishonest, manipulative, and loves to get paid for doing nothing!! All the neighbors that knew her when she lived in Augusta said she is crazy and advised me to leave this place ASAP. Even though I was renting and paying for the whole house (upstairs and downstairs), she decided to move with her sister downstairs and changed the entry lock so I could not even have access to my own belongings.
