I have had THE WORST EXPERIENCE with an agent called TONY WANG. He lacks good communication, he lack cooperation and he lack understanding. He has treated me so disrespectfully and disgustingly. This work required good service providing to your clients but this is the biggest thing that he lacks. This is a warning to not EVER work with him. He has brought me so much stress and frustration in a time where I need it the least. If I could give 1/8 of a star, I would.
Selena chen an agent of this brokerage, had the worst experience with her. People like her ruins all realtors reputation. Hopefully this review saves someone some money and headache of working with her.
