Got on their 35 passenger shuttle for the PGA golf tournament, the air wasn't working. this is a very terrible company.
Multiple breakdowns, including no AC in the sweltering heat, created a miserable travel experience for the FHS band from St. Louis to Washington DC and back, with repair expenses we should not have had to pay for. 10+ hour delay arriving to DC, 5+ hour delay getting home (so far....they aren't back yet). The community rallied and fundraised for these buses, we are all very disappointed! The kids and sponsors just want to get home. We hope you'll make this right, Master's Transportation!

Unfortunately, we had the worst possible experience with them. I don't know what it was, but if anything could go wrong, it did wrong. I am the director of a non-profit day service provider for adults with severe disabilities. We brought our wheelchair-accessible bus in to get some things worked on; a new muffler, brake check, some A/C work, etc. Not only did they take over a month to finish, they charged us more than double the initial estimate.
