I took a couple bed sides in about a year ago and had Master's Touch Woodworking make some new ones because the previous ones cracked and were no longer useable. Their work lasted just a few months when one side cracked and were no longer good. I took the boards into their shop to have them fixed AGAIN. Luckily the boards were under warranty and they were replaced. BUT they had the boards for over 2 MONTHS and I never once received a phone call from them giving me an update.
