Poor communication and delayed delivery of the tent. We were told we would have the tent Friday and instead it was set up just before our event on Saturday, forcing us to set up for the event at the very last second. The delivery people also backed into our backyard without permission and over top of our septic system. The tent was quality but we were forced to deal with different decorations than we ordered over a month prior to the event.
