Worst dry cleaners ever. We use the pick up and drop off service. Clothes are continuously returned wrinkled and the invoice is ALWAYS inaccurate. They keep your card on file so you have no control over what they charge. The last incident I was promised a call back to discuss adjustments but that never happened I am not wanting a standard response here from the company. Only warning others.
The attitude at the front desk is terrible after a complaint is made. It is a shame that they fail to realize that, in any business, the most important things are customer service and resolving issues—not threatening to call the police!
I do not recommend this place!! I took some clothes there twice, and they handed them back to me—filth and all—in the exact same condition I brought them in, charging me again for absolutely nothing. Even worse, the girl at the front desk—despite clearly seeing that the items were dirty—claimed they were clean! It’s unbelievable!!! A terrible experience. I had such a great experience at Master’s Mark Dry Cleaners! I called last minute on a Saturday needing my uniform dry cleaned, and although they don’t normally offer dry cleaning that day, Jennifer went out of her way to help me anyway. That really meant a lot because I didn’t have another opportunity to get it done in time. Thank you so much to Jennifer and the entire staff for being so kind, accommodating, and professional.
