I put my dress shirts in to be cleaned on a Friday morning. They told me a machine was down and they'd have to get the shirts on Monday (instead of same-day service). It wasn't a problem...this stuff happens. Came in Monday; machine was still down, shirts not done. Worker couldn't get me my shirts back because the manager leaves at 3. I just put a pair of new pants in the cleaners. An employee called me and said that it was a small torn place on the right side which I knew about. When I went to wear the pants on Sunday there was a big rip on the left side and the back pocket was torn. I took it back after I talked with the manager and the employee that called me said to her that both was already torn . Long story. But they refused to have it repaired. I visited on September 14 and picked up on September 16. Friendly courteous and great service as usual. Thankful for our neighborhood store.

We went there at around 4pm on Friday and they said they were done dry cleaning for the day. Their website says they are open until 6.
