As a property manager, I truly appreciate this company’s professionalism. They handle pest issues across multiple units for us. Jacob and his team always arrive on time and treat residents with respect. They communicate clearly and work efficiently. Every problem gets solved quickly and completely. Our tenants feel safe and comfortable again. It’s rare to find such dependable service!

These people can't even run a business and very unprofessional. The day of my appointment no tech showed up and the office staffs didn't bother to let us know the reason for cancellation. After I reached out to them, their excuse was "tech called in sick" and "power outage". After preparing my place since the day before and wasting all day, because they don't tell you a specific time, it's simply disrespectful of my time for no show no call.

We have had a great experience with Masters'. They are responsive when we call and their techs are knowledgeable, informative and professional. Anthony (the Tech who has come by) always gives me sound advice on how to keep the critters away. Linda in the office has even sent me over a guide in which to keep the pests away. They are thorough and efficient - I recommend them!
