The quote was reasonable, and they managed to remove a sizable bee infestation under our deck within about two hours without any need for a return visit. It was reassuring how thorough they were in checking the area afterward to ensure no bees remained.
Bed bugs gone quickly, appreciated it.
After dealing with bed bugs and receiving differing advice from two companies, the second pest control service spent nearly an hour inspecting every corner and discovered a small infestation the first company overlooked. They applied treatment immediately and scheduled a follow-up visit to ensure all signs of bed bugs were eliminated, which was reassuring.
After having an inspection with another company last year that missed several problem areas, this time the technician identified issues in the basement and took about an hour to explain potential treatments. I'm encouraged by the thoroughness of this visit compared to previous experiences.
We had some kind of pest getting into the garage and weren't sure what it was. The technician inspected the garage and outside of the property and found signs that helped narrow down the problem. He explained what he thought was happening and recommended a simple treatment plan. I appreciated that he took the time to walk us through everything. The service was professional and the price was reasonable. So far, we've been very happy with the results.
